First time ordering from Blooming Artificial. Very impressed with the quality of the trees and hanging baskets ordered. Infact we have had comments from neighbours who can’t believe the hanging baskets are artificial! Fantastic customer service from start to finish with some very helpful updates on a pre-order which was delayed slightly. We are now recommending Blooming Artificial to all our friends and family. Easy to order but poor customer service thereafter.
Been waiting for a delivery that was supposed to arrive on 5th May.
Excuse - build up from Bank holiday weekend.
We order from numerous places regularly and get overnight delivery.
I suggest changing your delivery company if they cannot cope.

I pre-ordered an artificial cheese plant that was due to be in stock a few weeks after my order. Whilst I was waiting, I found I needed to change the size of the plant I had ordered. The customer service team - Sarah Louise in particular - were super helpful in sorting this out and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They were even able to sort out an issue with the courier when the new plant size arrived in stock. I'm really pleased with the plant now it has arrived - it really brightens up the corner of our room!

Overall I am pleased with my purchase. I do think though a sticker "keep box this way up" would be useful. My plant was delivered upside down in the box and this creased the leaves.

I have been looking for an artificial plant to accentuate my. Hallway and having taken delivery of my Boston Fern today I am extremely happy. The quality of the fern is excellent and it looks magnificent. I also ordered some pots for my Nesbola and Avocado plants which are also superb and at a fabulous price too. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

Wow so realistic I love Lilies but can't have real ones as they are toxic to cats which we have 2 of. I read some of the reviews and thought I'd order some. Well I wasn't disappointed in way when they arrived boxed so nicely and very promptly. Will definitely be ordering some plants for the garden to give some life to our darker corners. Have already told my friends how amazing they are and won't hesitate to recommend Blooming Artificial.

On Friday 20th November we ordered two Bay trees. We received them on Monday afternoon! We are very happy with them- they arrived in perfect condition and it took us all of 3 minutes to spread the leaves into a perfect shape. We are also very impressed with quality of both the product and the service - thank you!

I bought Zinnia Oklahoma seeds from these guys. 2 days after planting, they germinated. Amazing stuff. Now I just need to return to update my review when I confirm the color mixes.

I ordered two hanging baskets for a couple's 50th wedding anniversary, Wild Berry and Geraniums with trailing ivy hanging down on both sides. I've only opened one box but was so disappointed...first the basket was broken in a couple of places and petals had fallen off but worse of all one side of trailing ivy was green and the other side almost white. The stems of the ivy are very plastic looking and look so artificial. I have been told I can return them but at my own expense and I will not be refunded carriage. The only good thing about the company is the fast response online chat and the helpful agent Sarah. They will both be returned and I'll have to go back to planting my own.

Very fast delivery within 2 or 3 days each time I have ordered from them. Items are absolutely gorgeous and very realistic-looking that it makes no sense to me to ever buy real plants and flowers again as a busy working mum. Can't fault them at all. 5 stars!!!!

Can not recommend this company enough! I was a little apprehensive ordering an artificial plant but it is absolutely stunning and better yet it was super fast delivery. I will be ordering all of my plants with them in the future. Well worth the price.
